Teresa Grosser, born in 1983, is a German costume designer. After graduating from high school in Stuttgart and completing an internship in costume design at the local theater, she decided that this was the path she wanted to take. She has been working as a self-taught costume designer for theater, film and television since 2010. Her career has taken her to Berlin's Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz and Schauspielhaus Bochum, among others. In addition to various theater productions, she has also designed the costumes for several feature films, including Andreas Goldstein's “Adam and Evelyn” (2018), Adolfo J. Kolmerer's “Abikalypse” (2019), Carolina Hellsgård's “The Flying Classroom” (2023) and Kevin Kopacka's multi-award-winning film “Dawn Breaks Behind the Eyes” (2021).

She has been working closely with Volker Lösch since 2009, during which time she has created productions including “Nathan”, “Recht auf Jugend”, “Angst” and “216 Millionen”, all at Theater Bonn.

In addition to her creative work, Teresa Grosser is also politically active. For two years, she was on the board of Pro Quote Film e.V., a non-profit association that campaigns to increase the proportion of women in film production. She has also curated the network group “Wardrobe Workroom”, a platform for costume designers in the fields of film and theater.
